Clear Float Glass is made by high-quality sand, natural ores and chemical materials by mixing them and melting them at high temperature. The molten glass flow into tin bath where the float glass is spread, polished and formed on the molten tin. The float glass has smooth surface, excellent optical performance, stable chemical capability, and high mechanism intensity. It is also resistant to acid, alkali and corrosion.

Insulated Glass mainly using a variety of different specifications of high-quality original glass, such as different thicknesses and sizes, colorless transparent glass and tempered, laminated, silk, embossed, colored,heat-reflective coated glass, Low-E coated glass and many other varieties. Can also be made into flat or cambered insulated glass.

FEATURES:

1. 5 times harder than ordinary float glass, stronger resistance to thermal breakage than annealed or heat strengthened glass.

2. Once breakage occurs, the glass disintegrates into small cubical fragments, which are relatively harmless to human body.

3. It withstands abrupt temperature change of 220 Centigrade.

4. Sizes are produced as per customer request. Once tempered, it can not be cut down.
